The controls and included diverter / mixing valve work super smooth. Works flawlessly. Installation takes careful planning so that the brass o-rings mounts end up flush with the final finished wall.

I personally love this faucet. This was professionally installed as part of a gut renovation, so if you have any issues with the hardware not being flush or being difficult to install, it might be that your existing plumbing needs to be updated for this hardware. We bought this before our contractors did the plumbing so they were able to see exactly what we had purchased and ensure it would all work together. This hardware isn't cheap but is definitely cheaper than many tub options in brushed gold, but the quality looks just as good as some of the more luxury US brands. Have not filled the tub yet but the water flow seems to be adequate enough that I won't be waiting all day for the tub to fill.

We installed them on our new bathtub and they look great. I use the shower handle to rinse and clean the tub. Great quality faucet combo!
